1. Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the ace76 platform and its users. By accessing the ace76 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — The ace76 website, mobile version, and related services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the ace76 platform.
• "We" or "ace76" — The organization operating this platform.
• "Account" — A personal user profile registered on ace76.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits granted by ace76.

2. Account Registration

An active account is required to use the ace76 platform. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure.

• Each person may create a maximum of one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Account passwords and login credentials must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Any suspicious activity must be reported to ace76 support immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

For identity verification purposes, ace76 may request a government-issued ID or additional documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in restrictions on account activity.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

The minimum age to use the ace76 platform is 21 years. Any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. ace76 reserves the right to verify age and will take steps to close accounts belonging to minors.

• This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 and above.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• Providing false information about your age may result in forfeiture of all account balances.
• Protecting minors from gaming is one of ace76's primary responsibilities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are currently supported on the ace76 platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300. This limit applies to each payment method.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes after verification.

• Deposits must be sent from the user's own registered account. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered payment method on file.
• ace76 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace76 offers a welcome bonus for new members. Specific terms and conditions apply to the claiming and use of this bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳11,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Splitting or transferring bonus funds across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• ace76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states different terms, these general bonus terms and conditions will apply.
• If bonus abuse is proven, ace76 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules

The ace76 platform offers various game categories — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and more. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and impartial.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, ace76 will attempt to refund the bet for that round.
• ace76 is not liable for game disruptions caused by the user's internet connection — this responsibility lies with the user.
• If an event in sports betting is cancelled or postponed, ace76's decision is final.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, ace76's server logs will be considered the definitive evidence.

ace76 regularly monitors gaming activity to ensure fair play. Any unusual betting patterns will be subject to investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace76 platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to carry out cyberattacks or hacking against ace76.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other players.

ace76 reserves the right to investigate any such activities and take necessary action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ace76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account (beyond a specified period).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, ace76 will attempt to return it subject to wagering and other applicable conditions. However, if the closure is due to fraud or a breach of the rules, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may request closure of their account at any time through ace76 support.

9. Responsible Gaming

If any clause in these terms conflicts with local law, that clause will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law, and the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.
